Inspired by pre-prohibition neighborhood pub style ales. This golden lager is predominantly a mellow malt with some light hop character! The bright golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich flavor and toasted malt aroma. Something light and refreshing on a hot summer day, with out sacrificing flavor. Please keep in mind this recipe is a lager and may need fermentation temp control.
