Orange Peel is cut and sifted to a standardized size. This is considered SWEET orange peel and will impart a clean citrus flavor to any beer when steeped at the end of boil. Orange peel will impart some bitterness but not the harsh bitterness associated with curaco or bitter orange peel, this product is going to be much smoother and blend better with other flavors like chamomile, honey, clove.
