This amber ale is big on malt and big on hops! The deep amber color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich caramel and toast malt aroma. Of course you cant be shy with the hops out here in the Pacific Northwest so we have added a healthy portion of Cascade and Centennial hops late in the boil for a big hop nose without being too bitter.
